Dr. Jamie Reed Clay, DMD is a premier Flowood periodontist specializing in dental implant dentistry and interdisciplinary care. As a periodontist, Dr. Clay is a recognized expert on preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease.

Jamie Reed Clay, DMD is a periodontal specialist and strives to provide her patients with the most advanced periodontal treatment and dental implant treatment. Dr. Clay grew up in Jackson and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. After completing her periodontal specialty, she returned to the University Medical Center and has been teaching periodontology for the past 20 years. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Periodontology and specializes in both non-surgical and surgical treatment of gum disease, as well as cosmetic procedures to improve your smile. Dr. Clay has received numerous awards both as a dental student and as a dental resident. She received the American Academy of Periodontology Student Award, and the American Academy of Periodontology Young Investigator Fellowship Award.  While teaching in the Department of Periodontology, she has received the Clinical Teacher Award at the UMC School of Dentistry.

Dr. Clay currently lives in Jackson and has been married to her husband, Bryan for 25 years.  They have three children, Reed, Matthew, and Kelsey.
